Hi, I'm Gillian

My business used to be my baby... until I had an actual baby.

​

When I began my business, I went all in. By 2019, I was making a full time income from nutrition coaching, focusing on relationship with food and body image. In 2022, I began mentoring nutrition and fitness coaches, helping them expand their offerings beyond macros and the scale, and by 2025, I had mentored over 100 coaches.

​

When I decided to try for a baby in 2024, I had no clue what it would mean for my work, my identity, or my capacity.

​

And NO ONE was talking about the real challenges of running a nutrition and fitness coaching business as you're also trying to navigate your identity and capacity as a mother (and often primary parent).

With my years of experience mentoring coaches, my lived experience of running a successful coaching business AND mentoring over 100 coaches (many of them mothers),

I am committed to helping moms build nutrition and fitness coaching businesses with guidance that is tailored to their lives, capacity and values in this season of motherhood.

When I'm not mentoring or coaching, I'm blowing raspberries with my 9 month old son, walking my rescue dog, or drinking an oat milk flat white in our neighborhood in Barcelona, Spain with my fiance, Cristian.
