6 ways I use AI in my business

Every single podcast episode on my new podcast feed started out as a brain dump I dictated into my iPhone notes while on a stroller walk.

Because if I didn't do it that way, there is no way I could get out the volume of content I want to get out.

Between my son's separation anxiety that we thought was gone but, nope, it's back,

And my need to get out of the house for my mental health,

I'm either carrying a baby, holding a baby, or pushing a stroller with a baby in it for many hours of the day.

I just don't have the time to sit down in front of my computer and type things out anymore.

(also there is something about walking that just gets my brain working!)

I'm SUCH a fan of letting my brain just get out what it needs to get out, and then editing it down after the fact.

And that's one of the best uses I have for Claude-

to take my rambling brain dumps and organize them into something that makes sense, without changing my words or ideas.

I have a few other very useful ways I use AI to help me get sh*t done in motherhood + business, and that's what this week's podcast is all about:

I am honestly so sick of talking about baby sleep so we're not going to do that today ok? (but for the record, I'm exhausted) As silly as it sounds, what's saved me most in the last almost year of motherhood was shifting my mindset around sleep and exhaustion. I used to be very much an 'I need 8 hours of sleep or I am useless' type person. The mindset shift I started practicing as soon as our little dude was pulled into this world (I had a forceps birth) was... 'I can do things even when I'm...

Business coaches on IG will not shut up about sales plans, strategies and funnels. (and they have a point, that sh*t is important, but stay with me) Maybe you've spent hours and hours planning and mapping yours out. Then a client or two leaves and you panic and start posting 'DM me for coaching' even though you weren't planning on launching until next month. Next thing you know, the sales plan you spent so much time on ends up lost somewhere in your Google Drive. That's what I call losing...

(TW: miscarriage) I am not an anxious person, but when I got pregnant with baby L, my anxiety was sky-fucking-high. (I lost a pregnancy in 2024, and I was terrified I'd lose him, too) Most people in my immediate circle didn't really get it. They either didn't have kids, never lost a pregnancy, or thought they were being helpful by trying to make me think positively. I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously... So I searched Reddit, and found post after post, comment after comment, with so...
